The donnasbeautycottage.com.au Website including its web shop is owned and operated by Donna’s Beauty Cottage. The following terms and conditions give you access to the Website. Please read through these carefully before purchasing from the Website. Making a purchase will indicate that you accept these terms and conditions.

All content including text, images and product information on the Website is subject to copyright and is owned by either Donna’s Beauty Cottage or third parties, unless otherwise specified. None of the contents of the Website or the designs of the items offered for sale on the Website may be copied or reproduced or otherwise used in any manner without the prior consent of Donna’s Beauty Cottage.
Purchasing from the Website
Payments
We accept payments by PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, and Direct Deposit.
Please make sure your details are entered correctly including your phone number for contact purposes. The purchasing name must be the same as the credit card. Orders may be cancelled if this doesn’t occur.
On the order form there is an opportunity to mail to a third party with a different address if your purchase is a gift. Please make sure the address entered is the right one so your gift is correctly delivered.
Prices
Product and delivery prices are all in Australian dollars. Prices and information may be changed without notice in our effort to keep the Website updated and accurate. If there is a problem with an ordered item you will be notified as soon as possible with current information to help you decide whether to proceed with your order.
Order Confirmation
Once payment has been received, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address confirming delivery and postage details. Your order should be dispatched within 3 business days. If an item is out of stock, delivery times may be longer. You will be notified by email if this is the case. Once your parcel is dispatched you will be notified by email.
Postage
Donna’s Beauty Cottage will post to any Australian address including Post Office Boxes. Please note quoted postage and delivery times are a guide and we can’t accept responsibility for delays that are not within our control.
Accurate delivery details are your responsibility. Inaccurate details can result in delays and additional redirection charges which will be billed to your account.
Order Cancellations
Please contact us as soon as possible, and before dispatch, if you should wish to cancel your order after we have received payment. Please use the form ‘Ask Donna’. We reserve the right to cancel any order should circumstances justify it.
Product Descriptions and Photos
Great care is taken to ensure product descriptions and photos are as accurate as possible, but slight variations in colour or design may occur. More information about products can be requested via the ‘Ask Donna’ form.
Exchanges or Returns
At donnasbeautycottage.com.au we wish you to be completely happy with our products. So within 14 days of your purchase we will allow the return and refund of the items purchased. Items returned must be unused and in their original condition. We don’t refund the postage cost and you must pay the postage cost of returning the product.
If a return is occurring due to a damaged or incorrect item postage will be refunded and the item will be replaced at no further cost to you. If this ever happened please contact us via the ‘Ask Donna’ form. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if a product has been used or worn.
Please return items with original documentation and packaged in original boxes, placed in a suitable packing box to prevent transit damage.

Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are redeemable in the Salon for treatments and/or products and also in the Website shop. Vouchers can be redeemed for items on the Website including postage and can be used as part payment with other payment methods to pay the balance. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
Gift Wrapping
A complimentary gift wrapping service is available. In the final stages of your purchase you may indicate if this is needed for the whole order or an individual item.
Your Privacy
In order to conduct business with you and fulfil your order it is necessary to collect some personal information. We treat this information as private. Your information will be kept safe, confidential and respected and we will not sell or share it to any third party. Please refer to our published Privacy Policy for more details.
